Helpline is Kenyon College's student-staffed technology support center, headquartered in Library Building B. We provide these services to the Kenyon community:
- Troubleshooting and support of Kenyon technology for students, faculty, staff, and retirees
- Assistance with network passwords and multi-factor authentication tools (Duo/Google 2-Step Verification)
- Daily inspections of public computing labs and weekly inspections of all classrooms
- Peer-to-peer and small-group training for students on Kenyon technology

- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM; 6:00–10:00 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM

- Sunday: 1:00–3:00 PM; 6:00–10:00 PM
