Connecting to the Kenyon Wireless Network (Academic and Administrative Buildings)

  1. Before you start any application, open a web browser (such as Mozilla Firefox or Safari)
  2. You should now be redirected to the BlueSocket Login page (shown below). You will receive a certificate warning. Click OK.

  3. If you have an account with Kenyon College, please enter your user name and password. Then click Log In.
  4. If you do not have an account with Kenyon College, follow the instructions listed under Guest Access Policy on the login web page.
  5. Depending on the credentials you entered you would be authorized access on the Network.
    • If you are a Kenyon employee, your login is valid for 12 hours.
    • If you are a student, your login is valid for 8 hours.
  6. After this period you will have to repeat the entire process and login again.
  7. To logout, click the Click to logout link in the logout window (shown below). (Note: If your web browser blocks pop-up windows, you may not see this window.)
