Mapping Network Drives: Windows XP

Make sure your computer has been authenticated on Kenyon's network.

  1. Open My Computer.
  2. Select Tools > Map Network Drive.

  3. Assign a letter to the drive you want to map.
  4. In the Folder box, type the address of the drive:

    5. \\rhine\username$ H: drive (students)
    \\tiber\username$ H: drive (faculty and staff)
    \\potomac\public P: drive (all users)

  5. Click Connect using a different user name.

  6. In the Username box, type kenyon\username.
  7. Enter your Kenyon network password and click OK.
  8. Click Finish.
