How To: Uninstall Cisco Clean Access Agent

If your computer runs Windows Vista
You can uninstall Cisco Clean Access Agent either by double-clicking on the Uninstall program icon (Start > All Programs > Cisco Systems > Cisco Clean Access > Uninstall Clean Access Agent), or by running the Windows Uninstall or Change a Program utility.
In order to use Windows Uninstall or Change a Program utility, follow these steps.

Click the Start button > Computer.

Select Uninstall or change a program

Select Cisco Clean Access Agent from the available installed programs.

Then click on Uninstall to begin the uninstallation process.

When prompted Are you sure you want to uninstall Cicso Clean Access Agent click Yes

Select Allow at the User Account Control window if prompted.

Although the window states that is is configuring Cisco Clean Access Agent, it is actually uninstalling the software.

When the window closes, Cisco Clean Access Agent will be removed from your computer system.
If your computer runs Windows XP
You can uninstall Cisco Clean Access Agent either by double-clicking on the Uninstall program icon (Start > Programs > Cisco Systems > Cisco Clean Access > Uninstall Clean Access Agent), or by running the Windows Add or Remove Programs utility.
In order to use Windows Add or Remove Programs utility, follow these steps.

Click Start > Settings > Control Panel

Click Add or Remove Programs.

Scroll down until you find Cisco Clean Access Agent. Click to select it and then click the remove button.

Although the window states that it is configuring Cisco Clean Access Agent, it is actually uninstalling the software.

When the window closes, Cisco Clean Access Agent will be removed from your computer system.
