Cambridge Dictionary of Philosophy [Ref. B41 .C35 1995]
This work covers all the major philosophical traditions,
subfields, as well as major philosophers and thinkers. Numerous cross
references direct the user to the appropriate entry. Non-western
philosophies are also covered. Includes an appendix of logic symbols
and an index of selected names.
Encyclopedia of Philosophy [Ref. B41 .E5 1972]
This eight-volume set (plus supplement) contains entries on
the major areas and subfields of the discipline. Bibliographical
references are included after each article as well as an index in v. 8
and in the supplement.

The Philosopher's Index
covers the literature of philosophy and related fields, from
1940-present. Also available in print on Index Table 2 (1984-1994) and
in the Reference Area at Ref. B72 .P472 (1940-1983). This index is a
major source of information in the areas of aesthetics, epistemology,
ethics, logic, and metaphysics. It is also a rich source of material on
the philosophy of various disciplines, such as education, history, law,
religion, and science.
