Configuring Printing Defaults: OS X 10.4 and 10.5

 

  1. In the application from which you want to print, select File > Print.
  2. Select the printer you want to use.
  3. Make the changes you want in the settings, such as double-sided or black and white printing.
  4. In the Presets pulldown menu, select Save.

  5. Enter a name for your preset.

  6. To print using this preset, select it from the Preset, dropdown menu.
