Password Change using Webmail

 

  1. In a web browser, go to http://webmail.kenyon.edu.
  2. Click Set Email Account Options.

  3. Select your mail server. (Students: select the server corresponding to the first letter of your username.)

  4. Login using your Kenyon username and password.

  5. Enter your old password in the Old Password box.
  6. Enter your new password twice in the New Password boxes.

      Your new password must meet the following criteria:

    • Must be at least 8 characters long
    • Former passwords cannot be re-used
    • Password must meet complexity requirements:
      • Cannot contain all or part of the user's account name
      • Must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
        1. English uppercase characters (A through Z)
        2. English lowercase characters (a through z)
        3. Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
        4. Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

  7. Click Apply.
