Student Laptop User Agreement

I assume full responsibility for the proper care and use of the equipment which includes the laptop-MacBook, power supply cord, original battery, carrying case, and instruction sheet.

I also agree to return the equipment by the date and time listed or be subject to loss of loan privileges and fines.

Overdue charges will accumulate at a rate of $15 per hour each hour equipment goes overdue. Should an item go more than four hours overdue all loan privileges will be suspended until all equipment is returned and all fines paid.

Should any piece of equipment be lost, damaged, or stolen, I agree to pay all costs associated with the replacement of these items, up to $650.

I also agree that if I let someone else use this equipment, I am still responsible for its safety and return.

I understand that LBIS and Kenyon are not responsible for any personal items (such as usb devices) or data left in the laptop case or on the laptop itself.

I will not copy or remove any software installed on the laptop.
