Kenyon also provides academic course mailing lists (see alphabetized list by clicking previous link) for every course, updated daily. All academic course mailing lists have mandatory membership based on the official enrollment in the Registrar's system. All academic course mailing lists are open, so that anyone at Kenyon can send to them.

The lists available at this time are: the Spring 2008 Academic Course mailing lists and the Fall 2007 Academic Course Mailing Lists. New course mailing lists are added late in the current semester, so late in the fall semester, the lists for the coming spring semester will become available. In July, the lists for the previous fall semester are removed. In January, the lists for the previous spring semester are removed.

The syntax for the course mailing list name is given below. At the To: prompt of your mail client:

• type the four-character subject designation
• followed by the three-digit course number
• followed by the two-digit section number (00 indicates only one section)
• followed by the first letter of the term (f=fall or s=spring)
• followed by the two-digit year designation
  (07 for fall 2007; 08 for spring 2008)
• followed by @kenyon.edu
