Running a Scan with Malwarebytes

  1. Run Malwarebytes.

  2. Choose whether you want to perform a Quick or Full Scan. (Quick Scan will only search through the most common folders that could contain malware, while Full Scan searches through selected drives)
  3. Click Scan.

  4. When scan is completed, click Show Results to display the list of infected files.
  5. Click Remove Selected to remove all infected files.
  6. Restart your computer.
  7. Run scan a second time to confirm that it cleaned out everything.
