To Use Desktop Computer with LCD Projector

• The computer is located inside the instructor's station at the front of the room.
• To display computer image on projector, use the Control Panel on top of instructor station. (Pictured above)
• Press Display On button. Projector will slowly turn on.
• Press PC button on control panel. The computer image should appear on screen.
• Adjust volume, if needed, with volume knob on control panel.
• When finished, log off computer, then press the Display Off button, holding it at least 2 seconds to activate shutoff.

To Use Laptop with Projector

• There is a laptop cable next to the control panel on top of the instructor station. Plug laptop cable into laptop's external monitor jack, and connect the audio cable to the headphones jack on your laptop.
• Turn on laptop.
• To display laptop image on projector, use the Control Panel on top of instructor station. (Pictured above)
• Press Display On button. Projector will slowly turn on.
• Press Laptop button on control panel. Laptop image should appear on screen.
• If needed, adjust volume with knob on Control Panel.
• When finished, turn off and unplug laptop, then press the Display Off button, holding it at least 2 seconds to activate shutoff.

To Show A DVD

• Insert DVD in DVD/VCR player, located inside the instructor station.
• To display DVD image on projector, use Control Panel on top of instructor station. (Pictured above)
• Press Display On button. Projector will slowly turn on.
• Press the DVD button on Control Panel. Use right side of control panel to navigate the menu and control playback. (If DVD image does not appear, press the DVD button again.)
• Adjust volume using knob on Control Panel.
• When finished, press the Display OFF button, holding it at least 2 seconds to activate shutoff. Eject DVD.

To Show A VHS Videotape

• Insert tape in DVD/VCR player, located inside the instructor station.
• To display VCR on projector, use the Control Panel on top of instructor station. (Pictured above)
• Press Display On button. Projector will slowly turn on.
• Press the VCR button on Control Panel. Use right side of control panel to control playback. (If DVD image does not appear, press the DVD button again.)
• Adjust volume with knob on Control Panel.
• When finished, press the Display Off button, holding it at least 2 seconds to activate shutoff. Eject tape.
