A-V equipment: Ringwalt

To Use Desktop Computer with Projector

  • Turn on computer. Power button is on the back.
  • Lower the screen by pressing the switch which is located inside the first upper cabinet.
  • To display computer image on projector, use Control Panel on top of AV cabinet.
  • Press Display On button, wait 60 seconds for projector to warm up.
  • Press PC button.
  • Adjust volume, if needed, with volume knob.
  • When finished, press and hold the Display Off button.

To Use Laptop with Projector

  • There is a laptop cable hung over the back of equipment cabinet. Plug laptop cable into laptop's external monitor jack.
  • Turn on laptop.
  • Lower the screen by pressing the switch which is located inside the first upper cabinet.
  • To display laptop image on projector, use the Control Panel on top of AV cabinet.
  • Press Display On button, wait 60 seconds for projector to warm up.
  • Press Portable PC button. If there is a problem with the image, press the Auto Image button.
  • Adjust volume with knob on Control Panel.
  • When finished, press and hold the Display Off button. Turn off and unplug laptop.

To Show A Videotape

  • Turn on VCR player and insert tape.
  • Lower the screen by pressing the switch which is located inside the first upper cabinet.
  • To display VCR on projector, use Control Panel on top of AV cabinet.
  • Press Display On button, wait 60 seconds for projector to warm up.
  • Press VCR button on Control Panel.
  • Operate VCR player using buttons on top control panel and/or front of VCR.
  • Adjust volume with knob on Control Panel.
  • When finished, press and hold the Display Off button. Eject tape and turn off VCR.

To Show A DVD

  • Turn on DVD player and insert DVD.
  • Lower the screen by pressing the switch which is located inside the first upper cabinet.
  • To display DVD image, use Control Panel on top of AV cabinet.
  • Press the Display On button, wait 60 seconds for projector to warm up.
  • Press the DVD button on Control Panel.
  • Operate DVD player with buttons on the top control panel.
  • Adjust volume using knob on Control Panel.
  • When finished, press and hold the Display OFF button. Eject DVD and turn off DVD player.
