To Use Computer with Projector

• Turn computer and monitor On.
• Using hand-held remote control, turn projector on by pointing remote at projector. Press and hold the POWER button. (see picture above).
• Press the INPUT (#5) button and select "Analog PC 2."
• Computer image should appear on screen.
• If needed, adjust volume with Shure mixer in AV rack.
• When finished turn projector, computer, and monitor OFF.

To Use a Laptop with Projector

• Plug the laptop cable coming from the back of the instructor station into the VGA port on your laptop. If using audio, plug the mini audio cable into the headphones jack of your laptop.
• Using hand-held remote control, turn projector on by pointing remote at projector. Press and hold the POWER button. (see picture above).
• Press the INPUT (#5) button and select "Analog PC 2."
• Press the "Laptop PC" button (2) on Extron switcher in lower part of AV rack.
• Laptop image should appear on screen.
• If needed, adjust volume with Shure mixer in AV rack.
• When finished turn projector and laptop OFF.

To Show a VHS Videotape

• Using hand-held remote control, turn projector on by pointing remote at projector. Press and hold the POWER button. (see picture above).
• Press the INPUT (#5) button and select "Video."
• Turn on VCR and insert tape, and press play.
• Adjust volume with Shure mixer in AV rack.
• When finished turn projector and VCR OFF.

To Show a DVD

• Using hand-held remote control, turn projector on by pointing remote at projector. Press and hold the POWER button. (see picture above).
• Press the INPUT (#5) button and select "S-Video."
• Turn on DVD player and insert DVD.  Use the remote control to navigate menu.
• Adjust volume with Shure mixer in AV rack.
• When finished turn projector and DVD player OFF.
