- Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then double-click the Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition yellow shield icon in the Windows System Tray located at the bottom right of the Windows Desktop. (If you have problems accessing the program this way, click on Start, click on Programs, click on the Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition folder, click on Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition.)
Run Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition by double clicking on the shield shaped icon in the Windows System tray, located at the bottom right of the screen.
- In the Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition window that appears, click the LiveUpdate button.
- In the Welcome to LiveUpdate window that appears, click Next.
- LiveUpdate will search for updates to any installed Symantec product
- LiveUpdate will download any updates that are available.
- When the LiveUpdate process is through, click Finish in the LiveUpdate window that appears.This will automatically close when all files are updated.
If there are no updates available, you will see this:
Click the Finish button and then close Symantec.
If you cannot run LiveUpdate, or have other problems call HelpLine at 5700.
